Kanye West Cries, Finally Apologizes For Slavery Comment During Interview

Kanye West has officially apologized for comments he made during a TMZ interview earlier this year. While speaking with WGCI's Kendra G on Wednesday morning (August 29), West said "I'm sorry."

Even though he did apologize, he first attempted to re-explain his stance on slavery being a choice, talking about his spirit as well as the the spirits of Harriet Tubman and Nat Turner.
