A Portland woman was outraged after her home Amazon device reportedly recorded a private conversation and sent it out to someone on the family's contact list.

The family received a call from a man who works for the woman's husband saying that he'd received a recording of a private conversation in the couple's home. The woman immediately reached out to Amazon, who has since apologized and promised that their engineers would fix the issue.
